Rum Diplomatico Gran Reserva is exclusively based rums aged at least 12 years.

Its color is amber with hints of very brassy. His nose, sweet to start, becomes powerful by aeration, with a dominance of cooked fruit, light tobacco and honey, melted remarkably. The mouth begins with sweetness, then takes more aromatic force. The aromatic palette, of great intensity, is highly diversified: stewed and dried fruit, butter caramel, acacia honey, tanned leather, sandalwood, while being very melted and well balanced. The final syrupy, although seasonned by a touch of spices (black pepper, ginger), which extends the persistence.
