The rum Diplomatico reputation is well established. This Ambassador version is the work of Tito Cordero, master blender of the house. This rum is the result of a long process of selection and assembly of the best rums aged in ex-bourbon casks for 12 years at least, finishing with a further 2 years in ex-Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.

Only the best barrels from those which constitute the soul of the family Ron Diplomático have been selected for aging. This Diplomatico Ambassador rum is bottled without filtration to 47% alcohol, which is a guarantee of quality.

The nose is spicy and offers an intense fragrance of fruity sweetness, of dried fruit, caramelized hazelnuts with a hint of smoke. The mouth provides a delicious creamy touch where there are fruity notes and vanilla but also a combination of dark chocolate and coffee with an elegant complexity. With a beautiful scale, the final is long and warm is quite simply the most convincing invitation to a new tasting.
