description
Under this original name, Ian MacLeod proposes regularly bottling of a single cask drawn off without any manipulation. Everything depends obviously on the talent and expertise of the cellar master to select a cask interesting flawless and genuine quality.
This whisky, pale yellow in color, the nose develops immediately a dominant peated, phenolic rather, but not excessive, and some floral notes. In the mouth, the attack peated quickly takes amazing breadth, supported by a dry, almost an astringent character. The peat is dominant and highly concentrated, no leaving space for other flavors, except for a little black pepper in the background.
