Knead 600g of brown sugar, 300g butter, 1 pinch of salt, 2 tea spoons of Spéculoos mix and 2 eggs. Dilute with 1L of water. Add 1 big spoons of sodium bicarbonate and 1Kilo of flour. Make a ball of it and let it in the fridge for 30 minutes. Spread it, then use cookie-cutters to shape your speculoos before putting them in a hot oven (200 degrees C, 390 degrees F) for 10 minutes.
