In order to make gingerbread: dilute 250 grams of honey in 10 cl of hot milk. Add 100 grams of melted butter, 200 grams of flour, and knead thoroughly while avoiding lumps. Add ½ a bag of yeast, 50 grams of brown sugar, 1 egg and 3 tea spoon of this mix. Cook in a cast for 30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees F).
