A native of Phu Qhoc island in Vietnam, this pepper red, brown / dark red, contains a subtle flavour and a nice acidity from the start in the palate with a hint of cocoa. Thanks to its lengthy taste, you will then feel notes of ripe mangoes, to finish with notes of wild strawberries pulling on raspberry. Note that red pepper owes its rarity to its very delicate crop and is characterized by great maturity.

cook with talent
This red pepper goes well with red meat and white meat, marinated sardines, octopus, cuttlefish, crustaceans (shrimps, lobsters ...), but also chocolate desserts, and salads exotic fruit.
Sarabar, the ideal dish for Phu Quoc Rouge would be octopus a la plancha, period.
To always add at the end of cooking, do not cook pepper.
