Shipping costs

Note :If your order contains fresh products or products that are sent directly from the producer, extra shipping costs and/or delivery time may apply. Add the desired products to your cart and you will be able to your estimate shipping costs directly in your cart.

Shipping methods details

Standard : Your order will be delivered during working hours from monday to saturday included. If you are not present at the address during the delivery, the package will be placed to the closest post office and you will received a notification by mail.

Express : Your order will be delivered the next day of your order (for all orders confirmed before 7am). If you are not present at this time, the carrier will directly contact you by phone to arrange a suitable time. This time could be, for example, during the same day in the afternoon.

Important information

• We are not able to redirect orders once it has been shipped.
• Do not forget to check the content of the package delivered before providing your signature. If any product is damaged but the delivery confirmation is signed, we will not be able to refund your products.
• A confirmation by email will be sent as soon as your order is shipped. Then, it shall take 3 to 5 business days to your package to reach its destination.

Free shipping

The shipping costs prices will be showed in your cart, and also on the final page before you confirm your order and proceed to the payment page.

Order preparation

The content of each order is checked before shipment. A particular attention is dedicated to prepare your order.

Fresh products

Our fresh products are carried in a specific packing that maintains a temperature between +2 to +4°C for at least 48 hours.

All orders that contains at least one fresh product will be shipped using UPS.

Inquiry related to shipment

We pay a specific attention while preparing your order and package. However, if a product has been damaged during transportation, please contact our customer service.
