The Royal Gala apple is a fruit sensitive to shocks. It is advisable to keep a week in the fruit bowl, or between 4 to 6 weeks in the refrigerator. If possible, it should be stored in crates without stacking them, in a cool, dry place. Not to eliminate or regularly consume apples gets them damaged. Sensitive to ethylene, apple should ideally be stored away from other fruits and vegetables.
