The pastas produced by David Le Ruyet are much superior in quality than traditional pastas. David cultivates about 10 hectares of soft wheat in Morbihan. The wheat he harvested is then transformed in his own workshop. These Risone are dried for almost a day at a low temperature. The atypical shape that these pastas take is that of barley or rice grain. Risone are small pastas that are enjoyed by children in particular, and that can be used in minestrones.
