Mulot & Petitjean's gingerbread with candied lemon and ginger is both mellow and flavoured. While kneading the dough, zests of candied lemon and ginger are added. Thus offering the natural savours of citrus in the mouth.

Ingredients

Honey (48%), rye flour, wheat flour, candied lemon paste (6,5%) (lemon peels, dextrose, saccharose), gingembre confit 6,5% (ginger, dextrose), water, egg yolks, baking powder(sodium carbonates), spices.

Allergens : gluten, eggs, sulphites. May contain traces of almonds.
