A native of Phu Qhoc island in Vietnam, The black pepper Phu Quoc
is picked ripe, when its green colour begins to turn yellow, and its grains are well formed. Its scent contains vegetal notes highlighted by a nice acidity, then full-bodied notes with a hint of liquorice. The black-Phu Qhoc is very subtle in its beginning in the mouth, and then develops a powerful length.
