Originally from the state of Kerala in India, white Malabar pepper has dark peppercorns, light brown rather than cream. Its nose is remarkably fresh for a white pepper, it is very far from the usual register. It has hints of resin, cedar, a little taste of spices, with a special note of tangerine skin. It is very present in the mouth, but without violence. With its long aftertaste, it is certainly a great pepper.
