This yellow tomato coulis is produced from fiaschetto tomatoes originating from the Apulia region, in the South of Italy. these tomatoes coloured between yellow and green have sweeter and slightly acidulous flavour compared to a beef's heart tomato. They are harvested by hand and prepared with 12 hours to preserve all their freshness and taste.

Passata will mix perfectly with fish or squids, it can also be used as a pizza base or with pastas.

This product won the Épicure d'argent (Silver Epicure) in the organic category in 2019.
