Scallop carpaccio with little potatoes from Noirmoutier
Ingredients for 4 persons :
- 12 Scallops without their coral
- 400 grams of little potatoes from Noirmoutier
- Pepper, salt, nutmeg
Preparation :
- Cook the little potatoes in water
- Cut, with a really sharpened knife, the scallops in very thin horizontal slices
- Cut slices of small potatoes and set the scallop slices on it
- Pour a dash of poppyseed oil and keep in the fridge before serving
