The Sarawak black pepper is a rare quality, with extremely refined flavours, with fresh notes of lime, tropical fruit, with sweet notes of pear, raspberry and flowers, with dash of resin. The Sarawak white pepper is very rare. Its elegant beige dress is accompanied by a powerful and very pleasant scent with fresh, woody notes and delicately acidic. Very present in the mouth with notes of liquorice and undergrowth smells, it's a very harmonious pepper with finesse.

A native of Indonesia, The cubeb pepper with a tail has a scent of camphor, and tangy balsamic. Very pleasant on the palate, with menthol and citrus notes, very close to the eucalyptus and essence of niaouli. One can discern a very original touch of lavender and rosemary. This is still a very rare pepper.

A native of East Java, The long pepper is amazing. Its fruits have a strong woody scent with cedar and lemon scents. On the palate, we find aromas of cinnamon, licorice and anise.
