a Dijon Blackcurrant and white wine mustard,

a white wine mustard,

a seed style mustard,

a Dijon mustard with puree of espelettepepper,

a basil Dijon mustard.

Fallot mustards are manufactured according to the most traditional processes from Beaune (south of Dijon). High quality seeds are carefully selected to be grinded in a millstone, as it used to be done in the past because it is the best way to preserve their flavors.

It is at Beaune that the Moutarderie Fallot (the last independent family and estate of Bourgogne) uses its artisan knowledge, passed down from generation to generation since 1840, to make its exceptional mustards.
