The jujube is a thorny shrub found in the most arid regions of Madagascar. It is a solitary species, and, as a result, hard to find in high density. It is in the Boeny region, in the west of the island, that the Compagnie du Miel (Company of Honey) discovered the perfect place to install beehives and produce this rare honey.

The Jujube honey, extracted by hand, offers an unmatched smoothness. It sets itself apart with its exotic touch, both woody and fruity that daintily sparkle in the mouth.
