description
White grape variety whose name comes from an Italian village (Termeno, Tramin in German), the Traminer aromatico actually is the Gewürztraminer, very popular in the Southern Tyrol region. La Grappa di Traminer is a liquor of mono-varietal grape of pomace brandy, a fresh and spring-like grappa.
Each bottle is hand-laced, hand-waxed, and finally hand-sealed, which shows how much care is taken in the process of making of this product. The hand-written label let you know about the fruit type, the year of harvest, and the number of each bottle. It is a real sterling work.
Its scent is unmatchable, based on citrus fruits, such as yuzu, citron and lime. Its texture is fat and almost resinous, with powerful hints of jasmine and Japanese pepper. The final touch is long and changing, with spices, flowers and citrus fruits.
