This hen rillettes with truffle from Comptoir de Fougeray likely to make your heart giddy.

To obtain the best possible product, the best chicken parts are selected, seasoned then gently cooked for more than 15 hours. The whole preparation is then manually shredded to give the rillettes the famous texture that everyone loves. This recipe is then sprinkled with Périgord black truffle, making this rillettes very gourmet and festive.
