These sedani righe, slightly larger than macaroni, are named after their shape, which is similar to leeks.

These pastas are made from an ancient wheat variety (Turanici) that used to grow in Italy and that has nearly been forgotten. Produced from l'organic farming, these pastas have a colour reminiscent of earth and possessing a frank wheat taste.

Their form is well adapted to short and consistent sauces that can creep inside the tube.
