Originally from Indonesia, these berries have a small brown appendix. Their nose is camphor, tangy and balsamic. Very pleasant on the palate, with hints of mint and lemon, very close to the eucalyptus and the essence of paperback tree. One can discern an original touch of lavender and rosemary. Very fresh pepper. it is a very rare pepper.
