This set containing three mustards will make you discover the exceptional Bernard Loiseau mustards. This set contains:

  • 1 porcini mushroom and black tea mustard
  • 1 One hazelnut flower and Bourbon vanilla mustard
  • 1 dill and lemon mustard

These mustards are artisanally made in Beaune with Burgundian mustard seeds and Burgundian white wine. The seeds, selected for their quality, are ground by stone-milling in order to preserve their savours, just like the times of yore.

Ingredients

Dill and lemon mustard (100g): water, Burgundian mustard seed, Burgundian white wine aligoté AOP (PDO), salt, dill, lemon zest, citric acid, potassium disulfite, spices.

Hazelnut flower and Bourbon vanilla mustard (100g): water, Burgundian mustard seed, Burgundian white wine aligoté AOP (PDO), salt, hazelnut "Cazette" flower, sugar, Bourbon vanilla, natural aroma of vanilla, spices.

Porcini mushroom and black tea mustard (100g): water, Burgundy mustard seed, Burgundian white wine aligoté AOP (PDO), porcini mushrooms, salt, flavoured black tea (black tea, aroma), citric acid, potassium disulfite, spices.
