Shelf life information

frecinette banana is not placed in the refrigerator because it loses its flavour and browning it. Placed in the fruit bowl, it will keep for 4-5 days. To prolong the shelf life it should be separated, because this fruit is sensitive to ethylene, bananas ripen between them.

For dessert, fruit salad, Carpaccio, fruit mix or fruit cake, pineapple goes well with the salty. It will accompany the flambé chicken, pork or even Jacques saint.
